The cicadas song, summer pendant in silver and lemon jade

The Song of the Cicadas pendant is a silver piece designed around a rectangular lemon jade cabochon.

With its luminous hue, shifting between vibrant green and tangy yellow, adorned with delicate white veins, this jade evokes the lushness of summer meadows, alive under the scorching sun. Despite the oppressive heat, nature exults, filling the air with the incessant song of cicadas hidden among the tall grasses.

The cabochon is set vertically at the center of a circular silver plate, reminiscent of the sun disc dominating the landscape. It is held on each side by half-leaves of silver, as if nature itself embraces it. At its ends, a long silver stem rises and finishes with a solid or perforated disc, symbolizing dandelions releasing their seeds into the air, carried by the warm summer breeze.

On either side of the stone, small discs and silver leaves embellish the composition, evoking vibrant flora bathed in light. Every element of the pendant captures the essence of summer, where life thrives in a symphony of plants and sounds, rhythmically accompanied by the song of the cicadas.
