The same moon, romantic night sky pendant in silver and labradorite

The Same Moon is a pendant born from a custom commission, centered around a long teardrop-shaped labradorite. This mysterious stone shimmers with deep blue shades, crossed by changing flashes of light and fine black lines. It evokes a profound night, where the moon is the only source of light, revealing a ghostly, almost dreamlike landscape. In this nocturnal sky, the dark veins of the labradorite seem to sketch the shadows of branches in a silent forest.

To enhance this impression, the cabochon is set in a vegetal atmosphere. It rests on a plate slightly larger than the stone, echoing its teardrop shape. Its undulating, irregular contour recalls the shifting silhouette of tree foliage in the moonlight. In the space between the stone and the edge, a delicate vegetal ornamentation unfolds: long branches, tiny leaves, and small silver spheres evoking buds or fruits, as if nature itself were embracing the stone.

On the back of the pendant, an engraving pays tribute to the universal and romantic dimension of this jewel: the quote attributed to Maxine Lee, “Always remember we are under the same sky looking at the same moon.” The phrase ends with a delicate soldered crescent moon, a reminder of the lunar glow visible within the labradorite.

This pendant is an ode to the invisible bond that unites beings beyond distance, an invitation to look up at the sky and remember that, everywhere in the world, the same moon lights our nights.
