This unique piece refers to one of the story’s most memorable passages, in which the Little Prince warns of the invisible dangers posed by the baobabs growing on his tiny planet. We cut the silhouette of the Little Prince’s planet from a solid sheet of silver. At its center rises a towering baobab, nearly as tall as the planet itself—a striking reminder of the silent threat the story illustrates so poetically. The deeply rooted trunk symbolizes the powerful hold that certain thoughts or problems can gain when they take root unnoticed.
