"Solar Halo" is part of a collection of earrings inspired by optical phenomena, specifically halos—those soft, diffuse crowns of light that sometimes surround light sources. The sun, essential to life, nourishes plants through photosynthesis and has always symbolized divinity and energy. In the case of solar halos, the appearance of geometric patterns of lines and circles gives them an aura, often interpreted as a divine sign by ancient cultures.

These silver earrings take on the form of a square adorned with semi-circular lobes on each side, reminiscent of the symmetrical and elegant motifs found in baroque art. At the center, the sun is represented by two overlapping discs, from which a circle of stylized leaves radiates, embodying its luminous halo and highlighting its vital connection to vegetation. This leaf motif around the central light symbolizes the sun’s nourishing nature, conveying its life-giving power to natural cycles.

A cross formed by small bars extends from the center, evoking a subtle ladder that may symbolize spiritual elevation, as well as the cross shapes that sometimes appear in solar halos.
