This delicate silver pendant represents a blooming scaevola, a tropical plant also poetically known as the “fairy fan flower.” This whimsical name comes from its uniquely shaped petals, which form only a single half-circle—like a half-open fan. This rare asymmetry in the plant world makes the scaevola instantly recognizable and deeply captivating.

The pendant faithfully captures this distinctive geometry. It is broader than the natural flower, composed of several fine silver plates that have been meticulously cut and textured by hand. The corolla, shaped like a third of a circle, is bordered by an undulating line, as if stirred by a gentle breeze. It is decorated with a radiating motif that evokes light spreading outward from the center, and adorned with small petals, each soldered individually to add texture and motion to the piece.

The stylized, elegant stem is composed of three levels of superimposed leaves, decreasing in size as they ascend, symbolizing a rising path of growth. It ends in two small silver spheres, representing grounding and the quiet strength drawn from one’s roots.
