Fire copper, stacking ring in raw hammered copper

Fire Copper is a powerful, raw composition of stacked and hammered rings — a piece born from the intimate encounter between fire and metal. It is made of nine fine copper bands, fused together with silver and then hammered by hand. The copper, left untreated after being exposed to intense heat, reveals a deep, shifting palette that ranges from glowing red to scorched rose, sometimes flecked with darker or more metallic tones.

It’s this unpredictable spectrum of colors that makes copper such a fascinating and living metal. When heated, it seems to awaken — red flares up from the flame, pink rises to the surface, as though the metal were revealing a memory of molten lava and burning embers. It evokes ancient kilns and ancestral forges, where glowing metal is shaped under the relentless rhythm of the hammer, and sparks leap into the air like constellations with every strike.

Copper is the material of fire, of volcanoes, of the Earth’s blazing core. And behind every ring, a divine silhouette emerges — Hephaestus, the Greek god of blacksmiths, who forged the weapons of the gods in the depths of the volcanic forge. He embodies the primal force of transformation, the creative power of fire, and the shaping of matter through strength and will. These rings pay homage to that ancient vision of metal — a fragment of the forge, a mythic memory, a trace of the divine artisan’s hand.

Wearing Fire Copper means carrying a spark of this incandescent mythology — an evocation of sacred fire, divine craftsmanship, and molten copper reborn as a jewel.
