Learning to fly, dreamy feather earrings in silver and turquoise

Sometimes I lie down directly on the ground, in my courtyard, simply to gaze at the sky. It is often in these suspended moments that inspiration is born. One day, without warning, an eagle appeared in the deep blue of a cloudless sky. It soared in silence, carried by the rising currents, gliding effortlessly as if it weighed nothing. It seemed to dance with the wind.

These earrings were born from that moment of grace, like an invitation to rise above the noise of everyday life, to learn how to fly on your own.

They feature two natural turquoise stones, slightly different from one another, like two unique instants of the same sky in motion. Their hues shift between green-blue, brown patches, and black veining—fragments of sky inhabited by clouds and light. Their square shape, a symbol of stability and grounding, is here transformed into overlapping diamonds, set on two brushed silver plates of different sizes to create a subtle layered effect.

The filed edges of these plates trace a soft, vaporous outline, evoking the shifting contours of clouds. Beneath each stone hangs a fine, lightweight silver feather, reminiscent of the eagle’s—messenger of the heights, soul guide, and emblem of freedom.

These earrings are a celebration of dreaming, of inner elevation, of that deep longing to learn how to fly—not with the wings of the body, but with those of the spirit.
